Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer service team at hello@mogoca.com as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
When contacting us to cancel an order, kindly provide the following information:

- The reason for the cancellation
- Your contact information
If your order has not yet been processed and shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 4-8 business days from the cancellation request.

Out-of-Stock Items
In rare cases, an item may be out of stock after an order has been placed. If this occurs, we will promptly notify you and offer the following options:
- Wait for the item to become available again and have it shipped once restocked.
- Choose an alternative item of equal or lesser value.
- Cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Should you choose to wait for the item to become available again, we will notify you as soon as it is back in stock and ready for shipment. If you opt for an alternative item or cancellation, the necessary changes or refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
